Reservations - 

                          Equipment may be reserved by telephone for any future date. If you require Equipment on the same day you call please call in early to allow staff time to prepare your order.

Responsibility -

                            All Equipment is offered for inspection and testing at our warehouse. As a lessee, you are responsible for becoming familiar with the proper use and care of this Equipment, and may not alter or repair equipment or use it for any purpose other than for which it was manufactured. SSL will make every effort to ensure proper working condition of the Equipment but does not guarantee Equipment failure of any kind. In the event of equipment malfunction, SSL will make every effort to correct the Problem. Please contact SSL as soon as possible so that we can take the necessary steps to solve the problem.

Rental Periods & Rates -

                                           The minimum rental period is one day. A day is defined as: Pick up between regular business hours on day one, Use Equipment for day two and return equipment next day during business hours. A week rental is when the rental exceeds more than 4 days. Equipment is due back on the contracted date. Equipment not returned as scheduled, without prior arrangement with SSL, is subject to late fees charged at the daily rate for each day is overdue. SSL requests a minimum of 24 hours notice be given on all cancellations of rental orders. Failure to comply with this policy could result in an automatic 25% cancellation/restocking fee.

Payment Terms -

                               All Rentals must be paid in full at the time equipment pick-up unless a customer charge account has been established and is in good standings. RENTAL: CASH,CHECK,VISA/MASTERCARD

Security Deposit -

                                Security Deposits are required on rentals to non-account customers. Deposits must be paid in addition to rental fee at time of pick-up. DEPSOIT:CASH,VISA/MASTERCARD

Loss and Damage -

                                  If Rental Equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, the total replacement cost is due upon the contracted return date.

Spare Lamps -

                          Upon Request, SSL will provide spare lamps for rental fixtures (with some exceptions). All spare lamps must be returned, Including all burned out lamps. you will be charged for any lamp not returned.

Early Return -

                         SSL does not give refunds or credits for early returns. We suggest that you review your equipment list and rental dates before signing contract.
